National Sales Manager / Vice President of Sales

Formost Fuji Corporation founded in 1964, manufactures high-quality horizontal bagging, horizontal form-fill-seal wrapping, and vertical form-fill-seal wrapping machines. We are a leader in custom automation solutions.  As our growth continues, we are seeking a talented and motivated candidate to lead our sales team.  We have an immediate opening for a National Sales Manager / Vice President of Sales. We are seeking a leader who will train, develop, drive, and manage a growing team of sellers in the sales process, strategy, account planning, pipeline development, and forecast management. This leader will have a track record or be able to demonstrate successful revenue generation. The National Sales Manager / Vice President of Sales reports to the President and carries the annual revenue goal for the company. This is a senior-level, strategic role in the company with board-level visibility.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with the team to generate and cultivate a robust pipeline.
  • Managing a team of sellers with best practices for selling, Pipeline Management, Account Based Sales, Sales Enablement, accurate forecasting & reporting.
  • Achieves sales targets.
  • Thorough account planning and strategic maneuvering through large organizations and finding solutions to challenges that arise in the selling process.
  • Ethical, responsible, and able to manage, lead, and deliver results.
  • Achieves and exceeds revenue targets.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • 15+ years of prior experience in direct sales of packaging equipment and sales team management.
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in a related discipline.
  • A fully qualified, experienced sales professional who is forward-thinking and has an expert understanding of complex sales.
  • A strong leader who can inspire a team.
  • A track record of success in identifying, cultivating, and closing six and seven-figure transactions.
  • A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability.
  • Previous experience designing business plans and market strategies to increase sales.
  • Ability to conduct both executive-level presentations and high-level technical presentations.
  • Proven relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-motivated, independent thinker who can move deals through the selling cycle.
  • Competitive, self-starter, hunter mentality.
  • Competent in MS Office suite and CRM software.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Formost Fuji Corporation offers an annual salary range of $145,000.00 - $195,00.00 plus bonus. Benefits include Excellent comprehensive health and dental benefits for you and your dependents. Company paid employee premiums with extremely affordable employee contributions for dependent premiums, Low Deductible and Annual out-of-pocket costs with coverage at 90%, Company paid Life and Disability Insurance, 401(k).
