Since joining the organization in 2017 as a Mechanical Engineer, Matthew has consistently demonstrated exceptional technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership qualities. His dedication and innovative approach led to his promotion to Team Lead in 2022, where he successfully managed complex projects and fostered a collaborative team environment. In his new role as Mechanical Engineering Manager, Matthew will oversee key engineering initiatives, drive technical excellence, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the company.
