Formost Fuji Corporation, an established automated packaging machine manufacturer, is seeking a qualified Press Brake Operator for the Sheet Metal Department.
Responsibilities include:
Operating a Trumpf Press Brake machine.
Operating a Trumpf Laser Cutter.
Bend and form the product using the sequence indicated.
Check height, depth and other tolerances using calipers, gauges and a tape measure.
Consults drawings, work orders and/or schematics to safely make specific structure.
Selects appropriate type and gauge of material based on necessary strength.
Cuts, bends and shapes sheet metal to required dimensions.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 1 – 3 Years of Press Brake and Laser Cutter experience.
- Ability to complete sheet metal projects with accuracy and precision.
- Ability to safely use machinery and tools required for sheet metal work.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics to understand the assigned work.
- Must be able to work well with team members and other departments.
- Reliable attendance and able to work overtime/weekends when necessary.
- Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a starting wage of $22.00 - $26.00 per hour. Benefits include Company paid employee Medical, Dental and Life Insurance, 401(k), Potential for annual profit-sharing bonus.
